Qualifications

• Seasoned experience in private banking as a client service executive or similar.
• Good understanding of private banking services and products.
• Credit skills and experience, focusing on High Net Worth Individuals or Business Banking.
• Excellent communication, analytical, organizational and planning skills.
• Team player with drive for success and achievement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a client service team in private banking to maintain high service standards.
• Explain operational matters to clients and address feedback and complaints promptly.
• Ensure KYC processes are followed and compliant client service activities.
• Support Offshore Representative Offices; manage instructions and respond to calls.
• Build strong internal and external relationships.
• Ensure timely, accurate data input.
• Follow selling procedures and sales quality standards.
• Ensure timely processing of credit applications.
