Deutsche Bank Singapore is seeking a Client Service Executive to support Relationship Managers and Investment Managers in the day-to-day servicing of high net-worth clients within Private Bank. You will process transactions, resolve account and payment issues and provide end-to-end operational support.

The role emphasizes regulatory awareness, teamwork, English fluency, and the ability to thrive in a high-paced environment.

Qualifications

Fluent command of English (written and spoken).
Experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management preferred.
Knowledge of regulatory framework and data confidentiality.

Responsabilités

Support Private Banker to provide excellent service to high net-worth clients and maintain daily operations.
Understand desk administration and manage meeting arrangements.
Understand client requirements and assist Private Bankers in daily maintenance of account relationships.
Initiate clients’ instructions, monitor funds for payment and prepare forms and disbursement instructions.
Escalate issues promptly to Management and maintain regulatory awareness.
Develop understanding of cross-border rules and data protection regulations.
