Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking a Client Service Manager for Private Banking to supervise Client Advisor Assistants, optimize client servicing and ensure resource readiness across teams. The role emphasizes mentorship, recruitment input, and process improvements within a fast-paced private banking environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree with 5–7 years in wealth management and possess CACS Paper 1 & 2.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree holder with preferably more than 5-7 years minimum prior experience as an Assistant RM (ARM) in the Wealth Management segment.
• CACS Certification (Paper 1 & 2) required.
• Knowledge in booking and settling trades of asset classes (Fixed Income, Equities, FX-linked products) and handling account opening documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervisory oversight of Client Advisor Assistants (CAA).
• Coordinate across departments to deliver client commitments and escalate service issues.
• Mentor new CAAs and contribute to adhoc projects such as UAT, process improvements and contingency planning.
