Job summary

Standard Chartered Singapore seeks a client acquisition professional to source new to bank clients in the Malaysia market and deepen existing relationships through consultative financial analysis and market updates.

The role requires strong prospecting and networking, collaboration with PB and branch teams, and active involvement in marketing activities to achieve sales targets and ensure superior client service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client acquisition experience.
• Diploma holder.

Responsibilities

• Source and acquire New to Bank clients in Malaysia Market.
• Demonstrate strong prospecting and networking skills.
• Identify business development opportunities and grow market share.
• Conduct professional, consultative financial analysis and profiling sessions.
• Foster and deepen customer relationships with market updates and trend analysis.
• Draw up monthly plans with PB team manager/branch manager to hit sales targets.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities for client acquisition.
• Source and call on affluent coverage segment prospects.
• Provide quality, efficient after-sales services.
• Manage attrition and retention of clients.
• Organise and conduct sales presentations to groups and organisations.
• Solicit referrals from other SCB units.
• Collaborate across departments for smooth onboarding and servicing.
• Adapt to changing business priorities.
