Responsibilities
- Conduct onsite and remote customer training on equipment and software usage.
- Support the installation and setup of printing equipment and related software.
- Guide customers on daily operations, printing, scanning, and basic workflow processes.
- Provide responsive customer support and assist with basic troubleshooting.
- Follow up with customers after installation to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve customer issues when required.
