Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking a Printing Operator to maintain and operate Offset, Digital and Silk Screen printing machines, with cross training planned for flexibility.

You will set up and optimize presses to meet customer specs, verify inks, plates and proofs, and ensure compliance with the production plan while maintaining color accuracy.

You will perform preventive maintenance, participate in improvement teams, keep 7S on the shop floor, and handle additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate Offset, Digital and Silk Screen printing machines.
• Perform set-ups and optimize printing presses to meet customer specifications.
• Verify inks, plates, proofs and sample cards; ensure artwork alignment and color accuracy.
• Adhere to production plan and schedule; ensure timely completion.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine cleaning of equipment.
• Participate in 7S on the shop floor and suggest improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and comply with HSE requirements.
