Sartorius in Singapore seeks a Principal Process Solutions Sales Consultant to drive end-to-end bioprocess solutions and strategic customer collaborations across the biopharmaceutical industry.

The role requires deep domain expertise in bioprocessing, project leadership, and the ability to influence complex workflows while collaborating with Central Sales and BU stakeholders. Travel >50% is expected to engage external customers.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or related field; PhD is a major plus.
• 7+ years of senior technical sales, workflow consulting, or scientific solution selling.
• Proven hunter with success winning high-value, complex, and competitive opportunities.
• Outstanding expertise in workflow design, regulatory considerations, and advanced application optimization.
• Exceptional communication, consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willing to travel >50% as this role is heavily focused on external customers.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, pursue and win high-value, complex strategic opportunities across key markets and accounts by uncovering unmet needs and innovation-driven use cases.
• Design end-to-end workflows and advanced technical concepts that influence decision pathways and regulatory considerations.
• Lead competitive differentiation and deal shaping by synthesizing technical, application, and market insights to maximize win rate.
• Guide commercial strategy with Central Sales by defining technical requirements for solution configuration, pricing logic, and deal structure.
• Shape market and portfolio by identifying trends and signals that influence product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Embed solutions into critical workflows and enable handover to Central Sales for scaling.
