Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Staff/Principal Engineer to lead advanced CMP development for 3D NAND memory. You will own the process roadmap, work with process integration and other areas, and mentor teammates to drive innovations while collaborating with global partners.

You will apply deep CMP knowledge to improve margins, test new materials, and integrate AI-assisted tools to optimize workflows in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Masters/PhD with 5–10 years or Bachelor's with 7–12 years in semiconductor industry, CMP in 300mm wafer fabrication.
• Strong experience in CMP process development for 3D NAND memory.
• Ability to lead complex, multi-functional projects and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsabilités

• Develop and optimize CMP procedures to improve quality and reliability of next-gen Micron memory parts.
• Improve process margins to meet mature yield goals for 3D NAND.
• Perform fundamental research, consumables development, and hardware evaluation for advanced CMP.
• Initiate experiments to widen process margins and evaluate manufacturability of next-node solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors to meet integration requirements for current and future 3D NAND nodes.
• Design and implement advanced process monitoring and control methodologies.
