Qualifications

• PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics with minimum 1yr of relevant semiconductor industry experience in CMP for 300mm wafer fabrication.
• Hands-on CMP equipment operation experience with AMAT (LKP), EBARA-300X and next gen CMP equipment.
• Experience in dielectrics/metals CMP process development on 3D NAND or memory tech.
• Understanding of integration and constraints related to film deposition and upstream/downstream processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CMP processes to improve product quality and reliability for next generation Micron memory parts.
• Improve process margins to meet mature yield goals for 3D NAND parts.
• Lead advanced CMP process development including research, consumables development, and hardware evaluation.
• Incorporate best manufacturing methods into early development of upcoming nodes and design advanced process monitoring.
• Collaborate with vendors to meet integration requirements for current and next-generation 3D NAND nodes.
