Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead CMP process development for next-generation 3D NAND. You will work with process integration and other areas to optimize CMP operations, drive margins and yield, and collaborate with global partners.

As a technical expert, you will design advanced monitoring, mentor teammates, and contribute to strategic roadmaps for N+, N++ nodes while advancing AI-enabled efficiencies in daily work.

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD with 5–10 years in CMP for 300mm wafers.
• Alternatively a Bachelors with 7–12 years in CMP for 3D NAND.
• Experience with dry etch, CVD, diffusion, metals, lithography is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CMP procedures to improve memory quality and reliability.
• Improve process margins to meet 3D NAND yield goals.
• Collaborate with vendors to meet integration requirements for next-gen NAND.
• Lead complex, cross-functional projects and provide strategic tech direction.
• M entor teammates and propagate best practices in CMP.
