Qualifications

• PhD or MS/BS with extensive experience in CMP for semiconductors.
• Experience in CMP process development for 300mm wafer fabs.
• Strong collaboration and communication across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CMP procedures to improve yield and reliability.
• Advance 3D NAND CMP process development and characterization.
• Initiate experiments to widen process margins and evaluate manufacturability.
• Collaborate with vendors to meet integration requirements for next-generation NAND nodes.
• Design and implement advanced process monitoring and control methodologies.
• Provide strategic roadmap for future NAND nodes and mentor junior engineers.
