Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Preschool Centre Leader to develop and lead initiatives that grow educators’ professional skills and uphold an inquiry-based, holistic curriculum.

You will guide curriculum delivery to support cognitive and emotional development while aligning programs with the organization’s mission and values. You will strengthen the center’s reputation in the community and with parents, and oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory

Qualifications

• Holds Pre-School Education Leadership (DPE-L), Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Leadership (DECCE-L), Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Centre Leadership (ADECL), or equivalent qualification recognized by ECDA.

Requirements

• Holds Pre-School Education Leadership (DPE-L), Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Leadership (DECCE-L), Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Centre Leadership (ADECL), or equivalent qualification recognized by ECDA.
• Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience managing preschool centres, including overseeing daily operations, compliance, and team performance.
• Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Hands-on experience in SPARK (Singapore Pre-school Accreditation Framework) processes, including self-assessment, centre development planning, and quality assurance.
