Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced preschool leader to guide center development, ensuring programs align with the organization's mission and core values.

You will oversee daily operations, drive staff development, and maintain ECDA compliance while delivering excellent service to families and the community.

Qualifications

• Qualified with DPE-L, DECCE-L, ADECL or ECDA-recognised equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' proven experience managing preschool centres, overseeing daily operations, compliance and team performance.
• Strong leadership with excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Hands-on experience with SPARK (Singapore Pre-school Accreditation Framework) processes.

Requirements

• Holds Pre-School Education Leadership (DPE-L), Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Leadership (DECCE-L), Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Centre Leadership (ADECL), or equivalent qualification recognized by ECDA.
• Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience managing preschool centres, including overseeing daily operations, compliance, and team performance.
• Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Hands-on experience in SPARK (Singapore Pre-school Accreditation Framework) processes, including self-assessment, centre development planning, and quality assurance.
