Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for an experienced leader to drive the professional growth of educators and oversee the operations of a Pre-School Center. This role focuses on guiding curriculum implementation and upholding the institution's reputation within the community.

Ideal candidates will possess a Degree in Early Childhood Education along with a Diploma in Leadership/Training, and have at least 3 years of experience in managing Pre-School Centers. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Pre-School Centers.

Requirements

• A Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Diploma in Pre-School Education – Leadership/Training (DPE-L/T) or equivalent, accredited by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Pre-School Centers.
• Proven leadership experience with strong communication and customer service skills.
