Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd is seeking a Preschool Centre Leader in Singapore to drive high-quality early education programs and support educator development. You will lead curriculum implementation, oversee operations, and ensure alignment with ECDA requirements and organizational values.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record in managing preschool centers, with hands-on experience in SPARK processes and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a recognized ECDA leadership qualification (DPE-L, DECCE-L, ADECL) or equivalent.
• Proven track record in leading preschool operations and driving program quality.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Strengthen and maintain the school's reputation for excellence within the community and among parents.
• Oversee daily operations and administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Holds Pre-School Education Leadership (DPE-L), Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership (DECCE-L), Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Centre Leadership (ADECL), or equivalent qualification recognized by ECDA.
• Minimum of 3 years' proven experience managing preschool centres, including overseeing daily operations, compliance, and team performance.
• Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Hands-on experience in SPARK (Singapore Pre-school Accreditation Framework) processes, including self-assessment, centre development planning, and quality assurance.
