Requirements

• Holds Pre-School Education Leadership (DPE-L), Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Leadership (DECCE-L), Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Centre Leadership (ADECL), or equivalent qualification recognized by ECDA.
• Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience managing preschool centres, including overseeing daily operations, compliance, and team performance.
• Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Hands‑on experience in SPARK (Singapore Pre‑school Accreditation Framework) processes, including self‑assessment, centre development planning, and quality assurance.
