Job summary

ABER CARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Early Childhood Centre Leader to provide professional leadership and ensure consistent delivery of quality standards across daily operations.

You will supervise staff to ensure safety, hygiene and a warm, welcoming environment for children, maintain open communication with parents, review the centre's policies, and drive readiness for SPARK Accreditation. The role requires degree or diploma in Early Childhood Leadership and at least 3 years supervisory

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a pre-school.
• Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL) preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading SPARK Accreditation process.

Job Requirements:

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill
