Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd is seeking a qualified Preschool Centre Leader to drive professional development for educators and to implement a holistic, inquiry-based curriculum that supports both cognitive and emotional growth.

You will ensure alignment with the organization’s mission and maintain a strong reputation within the community and with parents, while managing daily operations to meet regulatory standards and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Holders of DPE-L, DECCE-L, ADECL or ECDA-recognized equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years' proven experience managing preschool centres, including operations and compliance.
• Strong leadership with excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Hands-on experience with SPARK accreditation processes and quality assurance.

Requirements:

• Holds Pre-School Education Leadership (DPE-L), Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership (DECCE-L), Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Centre Leadership (ADECL), or equivalent qualification recognized by ECDA.
• Minimum of 3 years' proven experience managing preschool centres, including overseeing daily operations, compliance, and team performance.
• Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Hands-on experience in SPARK (Singapore Pre-school Accreditation Framework) processes, including self-assessment, centre development planning, and quality assurance.
