Job summary

VisionGroup in Singapore seeks a proactive Presales Specialist to bridge client needs with scalable product solutions. You will engage clients, capture requirements, and drive opportunities toward closure.

You'll work with Product, Tech, and Delivery teams to design tailored solutions, deliver compelling demos, and support onboarding while ensuring alignment with commitments and success metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales.
• Strong understanding of software systems, APIs, and business workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities to engage clients, understand business needs, and support the sales lifecycle from qualification to closure.
• Build strong client relationships early to ensure a smooth transition to Customer Success post-sale.
• Act as a trusted advisor, aligning client challenges with practical and scalable solutions.
• Work closely with Account Managers to capture detailed business requirements and objectives.
• Translate client needs into clear, structured documentation for proposals and internal handover.
• Develop compelling solution proposals including business workflows, functional specs, and implementation approach.
• Deliver impactful product demos and presentations tailored to client industries and use cases.
• Maintain a strong understanding of product features, roadmap, and industry trends.
• Position product capabilities effectively against client pain points and competitive solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Delivery teams to design realistic and scalable solutions.
• Define scope, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria clearly.
• Ensure seamless handover to Customer Success with full context, documentation, and expectations alignment.
• Support onboarding by clarifying solution design and ensuring delivery matches commitments.
• Partner with Customer Success during early onboarding stages to ensure alignment and adoption.
• Re-engage clients to identify upsell or expansion opportunities where relevant.
• Stay updated on market trends, customer pain points, and competitor landscape.
• Provide insights to improve product positioning and sales strategy.
