Job summary

Randstad Singapore seeks a senior client-facing specialist to lead pre-sales engagements with enterprise customers, including scoping workshops, product demonstrations, and technical solution design sessions.

You will gather complex requirements across vision models and robotics autonomy, translate them into formal specifications and validation strategies, assess technical viability, and guide stakeholders toward practical alternatives while overseeing handovers to deployment teams and managing

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in solution architecture, ML engineering, or technical consulting with client-facing scoping.
• Strong depth in computer vision, robotics perception, autonomous systems, ROS, and sensor data processing.
• Proven track record in proposal writing, RFP responses, and enterprise/government documentation.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for executive-level discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales engagements with enterprise customers.
• Capture complex customer requirements into formal specs and validation plans.
• Assess technical viability and propose efficient alternative implementations.
• Advise on evaluation methodologies, environment design, simulation, and sensor data analysis.
• Oversee handovers to deployment teams and manage key client accounts.
