Weaver HQ is seeking a Presales Consultant in Singapore to work with potential clients, gathering requirements and presenting tailored digital solutions based on Weaver's platform. You will collaborate with sales and technical teams to craft compelling proposals and align solutions with client objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in presales, consulting, or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of BPM/ERP/RPA and associated methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and BPM software.
• Flexibility to travel as required by business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with potential clients to gather business requirements and understand pain points.
• Analyze and diagnose existing processes to identify areas of improvement.
• Present tailored demonstrations of the Weaver platform based on requirements.
• Highlight features and benefits aligned with client objectives.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to create detailed proposals.
• Ensure requirements are addressed and solutions align with best practices.
• Stay updated with BPM/ERP/RPA products and undergo training as required.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
• Provide feedback to product and technical teams and document best practices.
• Monitor market trends and competitive positioning to support sales.
