Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a pre-sales support engineer to aid Account Managers with Cisco networking and security solutions. You will assist partners with sizing, validation, and BOM preparation, and contribute to RFQ/RFP responses and quotations.

Additionally, you will support POC implementations, product demonstrations, and lab validation, while delivering training and technical briefings to partners and coordinating with vendors to drive pipeline growth and quarterly GP goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support to Account Managers for Cisco networking and security solutions
• Assist channel partners with solution sizing, design validation, and BOM preparation
• Contribute technical input for RFQ/RFP responses and quotation development
• Support POC implementation, product demonstrations, and lab validation
• Deliver basic product training and technical briefings to partners
• Coordinate with vendors to support pipeline growth and meet quarterly GP goals
