Job summary

You will collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and design CX technology solutions. You will deliver compelling product demonstrations, prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and translate business needs into technical specs. Close collaboration with implementation and project teams ensures feasible, aligned solutions and successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to assess client requirements and data.
• Consulting experience to guide discovery workshops and business needs.
• Presales and sales skills to support the sales cycle and proposals.
• Project management to coordinate presales activities with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in customer experience, contact center, or enterprise software is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and adapt to priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
