Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/InfoSec/CE or related fields.
• Industry experience: 5–10 years in cybersecurity, incl. pre-sales or technical support for overseas markets in SEA.
• Technical & compliance: familiarity with Zero Trust, SASE, cloud security, data security; local compliance standards in SEA.
• Core competencies: cross-cultural communication, English documentation, ability to coordinate with R&D for POC projects.
• Preferred qualifications: security or project management certs (CISSP/CISM/CCSP/PMP). Prior SEA tech company or international vendors experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support to SEA clients, incl. requirements analysis, workshops, POC testing, and product demonstrations.
• Lead international bidding and tender management for government and large enterprises; draft proposals and RFP/RFI responses; conduct on-site presentations in English.
• Develop English-language industry solutions, case studies, and scenario docs tailored to SEA market characteristics.
• Support training for local channel partners and assist sales in identifying opportunities; speak at regional security events.
• Provide product feedback to R&D and monitor market trends and competitor strategies.

1. 1. Regional Technical Support & Solution Implementation: Provide pre-sales technical support to clients in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, etc.), including requirements analysis, technical workshops, POC testing, and product demonstrations, ensuring technical solutions are deeply integrated with local business scenarios.
2. 2. International Bidding & Tender Management: Lead bidding projects for government agencies and large enterprises in Southeast Asia; draft international-standard proposals (RFP/RFI responses) and technical deviation statements; conduct on-site presentations and Q&A sessions in English.
3. 3. Localized Solution Development: Develop and deliver English-language industry solutions, best practice case studies, and application scenario documentation tailored to Southeast Asian market characteristics (e.g., Fintech, cross-border e-commerce, digital government).
4. 4. Channel Enablement & Ecosystem Cooperation: Support technical training for local channel partners (Resellers/MSPs) and assist sales teams in identifying businessopportunities; serve as a keynote speaker at regional security summits or marketing events to enhance the brand's technical influence.
5. 5. Competitive Analysis & Product Feedback: Monitor Southeast Asian cybersecurity market trends and analyze the local strategies of international competitors (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point); provide product optimization recommendations to the R&D team that align with overseas compliance requirements.

Job Requirements

1. Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Security, Communication Engineering, or related fields; excellent English proficiency (CET-6/TEM-8/IELTS 6.5+) with the ability to independently conduct business negotiations and technical presentations entirely in English.

2. Industry Experience: 5–10 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry, including at least 3 years in pre-sales or technical support for overseas markets (specifically Southeast Asia); familiarity with implementation models for Zero Trust, SASE, cloud security, and data security products in international markets.

3. Technical & Compliance Expertise: Familiarity with mainstream international security architectures and local compliance standards in Southeast Asia (e.g., PDPA in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand; PDP Law in Indonesia). In-depth understanding of cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP international regions), big data, and industrial internet security.

4. Core Competencies: Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Strong English documentation skills; able to independently produce high-quality technical proposals and whitepapers. Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues and coordinate product and R&D resources under high-pressure conditions to drive successful Proof of Concept (POC) projects.

5. Preferred Qualifications: Possession of internationally recognized security or project management certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP, PMP). Prior experience with leading Southeast Asian technology companies (e.g., Grab, SeaGroup, GoTo) or international security vendors (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Trend Micro) is highly desirable.
