• Working day: Monday to Friday

• Working hours: 9am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities

• Lead presales demos, follow up on leads, and build relationships with partners, suppliers, and clients.

• Conduct meetings with clients to understand their needs and concerns.

• Prepare sales presentations, quotations, and follow up on purchase orders.

• Maintain stock availability for sales and demos, and manage complaints or site issues.

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to negotiate pricing and improve results.

• Create internal sales reports and gather client feedback for improvement.

• Work with management to plan and execute AV projects, including procurement and scheduling.

• Design and review schematic drawings; advise on AV project layouts.

• Handle installation, configuration, upgrading, and troubleshooting of AV and networking equipment.

• Manage and test CCTV, ELV systems, Bluetooth devices, and related hardware.

• Provide client support and training before, during, and after project execution.

• Perform quality control checks and resolve hardware/software issues.

• Attend service calls and maintain project documentation.

• Coordinate with finance on project costing and billing.

• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Possess minimum Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
