Working with top-tier consultants, SIs, and hyper-scale end-users, you will turn complex network challenges into compliant, scalable physical infrastructure solutions, lead workshops, and drive pre-sales

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of data center architectures and structured cabling.
• Experience in pre-sales and technical demonstrations.
• Ability to lead technical workshops and mentor partners.

Responsibilities

• Influence infrastructure design by collaborating with ICT consultants and SIs to specify cabling and data center architectures.
• Evaluate and validate complex technical specifications to align with standards and codes.
• Lead technical validation and demos to win major projects with Sales as the technical lead.
• Deliver hands-on education through workshops and solution showcases at the Supplier Experience Centre.
• Drive supplier-backed certification training for partners and customers with hands-on lab work.
• Serve as the internal/external go-to expert for high-level guidance across the physical infrastructure portfolio.
• Provide high-tier field diagnostics and troubleshooting for site issues and performance testing.
• Manage RMAs and product evaluations with suppliers to resolve escalations.
• Stay ahead of market trends via competitive benchmarking and technology advisory.

You won’t just be answering technical questions—you will serve as the trusted technical authority shaping high-performance low-voltage and structured cabling environments across the region.

Working alongside top-tier consultants, system integrators, and hyper-scale end-users, you will turn complex network challenges into seamless, compliant, and scalable physical infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Architecture & Strategic Pre-Sales

• Influence Infrastructure Design: Collaborate directly with leading ICT consultants and System Integrators (SIs) during early-stage project phases to specify next-generation structured cabling and data center architectures.

• Standards & Compliance Mastery: Evaluate, build, and validate complex technical specifications, ensuring full alignment with enterprise network standards, global codes, and industry best practices.

• Drive Commercial Wins: Partner closely with Sales as the technical lead—delivering high-impact solution demos, custom sample designs, and technical validation that win major projects.

2. Technical Leadership & Industry Enablement

• Deliver Hands-On Education: Lead interactive workshops, deep-dive technical briefings, and solution showcases within our state-of-the-art Supplier Experience Centre.

• Champion Certification Programs: Drive supplier-backed technical certification training for partners and customers, combining hands-on lab work with high-value technical mentorship.

• Subject Matter Authority: Serve as the internal and external go-to expert for high-level technical guidance across our entire physical infrastructure portfolio.

3. Engineering Success & Lifecycle Support

• Advanced Field Troubleshooting: Provide high-tier, hands-on diagnostic support for critical site issues, physical layer performance testing, and complex installation challenges.

• Seamless Escalation Management: Manage the technical lifecycle of components, working directly with primary suppliers to resolve complex Return Materials Authorizations (RMA) and product evaluations.

4. Market Intelligence & Portfolio Innovation

• Competitive Benchmarking: Stay ahead of market trends by analyzing rival technologies, evaluating performance differentiators, and uncovering strategic product advantages.

• Vendor & Technology Advisory: Perform data-driven evaluations of third-party products, guiding our portfolio decisions toward high-margin, best-in-class solutions.
