Job summary

Our client is a technology solutions provider seeking a Solutions Architect to support business growth and technical delivery. You will partner with the commercial team to design enterprise networking and cybersecurity solutions, prepare BOMs and POCs, and document proposals for tender submissions.

The role involves delivering pre-sales consultations, product demonstrations, and technical evaluations, plus supporting channel partners with enablement sessions and workshops.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of IT pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical solution architecture experience.
• Experience in enterprise networking, cybersecurity, or infrastructure solution design.
• Hands-on experience preparing technical proposals, BOM, RFP/RFQ submissions, and POC activities.
• Relevant networking or cybersecurity certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Partner with the commercial team to develop and propose enterprise networking and cybersecurity solutions that align with customer requirements.
• Prepare technical solution designs, system sizing, bill of materials (BOM), proof-of-concept (POC) activities, and documentation for project proposals and tenders.
• Provide technical consultation throughout the pre-sales cycle, including solution presentations, product demonstrations, and technical evaluations.
• Support channel partners by delivering product enablement sessions, technical workshops, and solution advisory to strengthen market adoption.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technology vendors to ensure solution feasibility, implementation readiness, and project success.
• Identify business opportunities within existing customer accounts and recommend suitable technology solutions to support business growth.
• Participate in technical discussions, proposal reviews, and customer engagements to address solution requirements and technical enquiries.
• Maintain current knowledge of enterprise networking, cybersecurity technologies, and relevant industry certifications.

Requirements
