Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a spa or wellness center.
• Strong background in recruitment and talent management, with a focus on hiring therapists.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of spa operations, services, and industry best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
• Proficiency in scheduling/booking software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the highest standards of customer service and ensure exceptional client experience.
• Respond to client feedback and complaints promptly with corrective action.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract therapists for the prenatal industry.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and collaborate with the Director on hiring decisions.
• Oversee onboarding to integrate new hires into the team.
• Collaborate with procurement to manage stock levels and inventory.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of supplies and optimize inventory.
• Provide guidance and training support to trainers; conduct performance evaluations and development plans.
• Help the outlet meet monthly sales targets.
