Beautiful Mum @ Orchard is seeking an Operations Manager for our spa and wellness outlet in Singapore. You will lead client experience, recruitment, inventory, and staff management to deliver exceptional service and drive sales.

The role requires proven spa operations experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage fast-paced environments. You will collaborate with directors and coordinate with procurement to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Experience

• Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring that every client receives an exceptional experience.
• Respond to client feedback and complaints promptly, taking corrective action as needed.

Recruitment and Hiring

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified therapists for pre and postnatal industry.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the Director.
  Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are fully integrated into the team.

Inventory

• Collaborate with the procurement department to manage stock levels, including ordering and storage of products.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of supplies and optimize inventory management.

Staff Management

• Provide guidance, training support to trainers, and support to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement development plans for staff.
  Ensure outlet is meeting monthly sales targets.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a spa or wellness center.
• Strong background in recruitment and talent management, with a focus on hiring therapists.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Knowledge of spa operations, services, and industry best practices.
