BEAUTIFUL MUM PAYA LEBAR PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for its spa wellness outlet. You will lead client experience, recruitment, inventory, and staff management to deliver exceptional service and meet monthly sales targets.

You will develop recruitment strategies, oversee onboarding, manage stock, and provide guidance and training to trainers, ensuring high performance and professional handling of challenging situations.

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in spa or wellness center.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Experience

• Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring that every client receives an exceptional experience.
• Respond to client feedback and complaints promptly, taking corrective action as needed.

Recruitment and Hiring

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified therapists for pre and postnatal industry.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the Director.
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are fully integrated into the team.

Inventory

• Collaborate with the procurement department to manage stock levels, including ordering and storage of products.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of supplies and optimize inventory management.

Staff Management

• Provide guidance, training support to trainers, and support to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement development plans for staff.
• Ensure outlet is meeting monthly sales targets.
