Job summary

Eurokars Leasing in Singapore is seeking a Guest Experience Executive to deliver a premium guest experience throughout the vehicle rental journey. You will welcome customers at the Rental Experience Lounge, coordinate vehicle readiness, and support daily rental operations with a strong emphasis on service quality.

The role requires a diploma in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, Operations Management, or related fields, plus excellent communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, Operations Management or related discipline.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment.
• Positive, service-oriented and professional attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Valid Singapore Class 3/3A Driving Licence with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and provide a premium guest experience at our Rental Experience Lounge.
• Guide customers through the vehicle rental process and explain rental procedures clearly.
• Address customer enquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Build positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage vehicle collection and return processes.
• Coordinate rental vehicle movements to ensure timely availability and fleet utilisation.
• Ensure rental vehicles meet safety, cleanliness, and quality standards before handover.
• Recommend vehicle upgrades, rental packages, and value-added services where appropriate.
• Support business growth through service excellence and customer engagement.
• Maintain a premium lounge environment: keep lounge clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Create a comfortable and positive environment for customers during their visit.
• Manage rental documentation and agreements accurately.
• Maintain operational records and customer information.
• Support daily reporting and operational coordination.
