Job summary

Goldbell Car Rental Pte Ltd is seeking an operational and administrative executive to support day-to-day short-term vehicle rental activities in Singapore. You will handle rental agreements, bookings, invoicing, and logistics coordination with customers and internal teams.

The role requires solid customer-facing experience, strong organization, and proficient use of MS Office. A Class 3 license is preferred for this position, with a focus on accuracy and timely service.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in car rental, logistics or a customer-facing operations role preferred.
• Valid Class 3 driving license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular) and familiarity with fleet/booking systems a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to liaise with customers and internal teams.
• Good problem-solving abilities and sound professional judgment.
• Effective teamwork with time and task prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue rental agreements with accurate terms, rates, and customer details.
• Process vehicle bookings, extensions, and returns for short-term hires.
• Process down payments and invoicing for rental transactions.
• Liaise with customers on collection/return logistics, delays, and booking changes.
• Escalate accident, breakdown, or damage cases to the relevant team promptly.
