Job summary

A leading facilities management company in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Supervisor for its Jurong Island-CPO team. The role involves overseeing and deploying in-house workers, assisting with administrative duties, and monitoring access applications. Candidates must have a diploma in FM or relevant engineering fields and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the facilities management industry. This is a critical position ensuring operational efficiency while supporting property executives and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Facilities Supervisor to Jurong Island-CPO team.
• Assisted Property Executives in overseeing and deploying in-house workers and cleaners.
• Supported the team in administrative duties.
• Assisted the team in monitoring and application of access passes to site.
• Escort & supervise servicing, maintenance works of term contractors of the various trades.
• Escort & supervise non-routine works of term / external contractors.
• Assisted FM in compilation of petty cash claims.
• Supported Property Executives in attending to feedback from tenants.
• Assisted to carry out site inspection on properties and facilities including external and landscape areas.

Education

Diploma in FM, Property Management, Building Maintenance, civil/structural/mechanical or electrical engineering

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in FM, Property Management, Building Maintenance, civil/ structural/ mechanical or electrical engineering from a local polytechnic or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience in FM industries
