Job summary

OCBC in Singapore is seeking an International Wealth Premier Manager to mentor a high-performing team serving high-net-worth clients with bespoke financial solutions.

You will coach staff, drive sales and service excellence, manage risk and ensure adherence to guidelines, while contributing to profit targets.

Candidates should have 6+ years in banking, strong leadership, and ASEAN market experience; the role offers a comprehensive benefits package and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years’ experience in banking and financial services with a strong track record in financial product sales and team management.
• Good track record in effective team management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Experience covering ASEAN markets will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and inspire team members to achieve full potential in sales and service excellence.
• Provide coaching and motivation to staff to optimise financial contribution to International Wealth - Premier.
• Contribute to the bottom line of International Wealth - Premier through profit and growth targets.
• Ensure RMs adhere to the Bank’s International Wealth - Premier marketing guidelines.
• Manage operations risk and ensure adherence to the Bank’s operational standards and requirements.
• Adhere to all bank’s compliance standards.
• Implement service initiatives and ensure consistency of service quality and delivery.
