Job summary

ByteBridge in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Pre-sales Engineer to provide technical support for ZPE Systems and related network infrastructure. You will translate customer needs into structured technical solutions and work with the sales team to develop opportunities.

You will design architectures, conduct PoCs, demos, and technical validation while maintaining strong customer relationships and collaborating with technology partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Engineering, Pre-sales or related technical roles.
• Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPN, security.
• Experience with data center networking or out-of-band management preferred.
• Familiar with Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Fortinet, or Palo Alto technologies.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Experience delivering customer presentations, PoCs, or pre-sales support.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Customer-oriented with commercial awareness and travel willingness.
• Proficient English and comfortable engaging with international customers.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions from customer requirements including product selection, architecture, network topology, and configuration.
• Support customer meetings, technical discussions, product demos, solution presentations, and Q&A.
• Plan and support PoCs, testing, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with ZPE Systems and partners to obtain product information and technical resources.
• Prepare proposals, documentation, diagrams, presentations, and tender materials.
• Assist handover from pre-sales to delivery and provide on-site technical support during implementation.
• Stay updated on networking, data center, remote management, and IT infrastructure technologies.
• Assist sales in maintaining relationships and converting opportunities into revenue.
