Job summary

NextGenEnergyJobs is seeking a Consulting Systems Engineer to provide strategic pre-sales leadership across the customer journey, delivering technical expertise from discovery to solution validation. You will engage executive stakeholders, craft compelling demonstrations, and align technical solutions with business outcomes.

Collaborating with product, R&D, marketing, and success teams, you will design POCs, respond to complex needs, and help drive enterprise sales cycles with a trusted advisory

Qualifications

• Deep data management expertise with strategic pre-sales experience.
• Ability to engage executives and technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record translating customer challenges into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and tactical pre-sales efforts to support the sales organization.
• Deliver technical expertise across the customer journey, including discovery, demos, POC execution, and solution design.
• Partner with Product Management, R&D, Marketing, Customer Success, and channel partners to align market needs with product direction.
• Act as a technical advisor to enterprise customers, prospects, and partners throughout the sales process.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand environments, drivers, security, and compliance needs.
• Architect and deliver product demonstrations, executive briefings, and use-case driven presentations.
