You will manage long-term relationships, handle QBRs, and operate in a quota-bearing environment while leveraging expertise in web app security, networking, and cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical Pre-Sales role (Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering).
• Broad technical expertise across web application security, networking, SASE, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Proven track record in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environments with SaaS metrics and enterprise sales cycles.
• Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills bridging deep tech and C-suite strategy.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia preferred for regional engagement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, build bespoke architectures, and deliver PoCs across Cloudflare's portfolio.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, maintaining deep relationships with key stakeholders.
• Own the long-term technical relationship across the customer lifecycle, aligning business goals with product roadmap.
• Carry a variable quota tied to new business or account growth.
• Lead technical QBRs to translate platform capabilities into ROI for C-level executives.
