RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Pre-Owned Vehicle Operations Assistant to join the backend admin & coordination team at Upper Bukit Timah and multiple locations in Singapore. The role offers SGD 2,500–2,700 monthly salary with a 1-month completion bonus and OT pay.

You will support vehicle movements, listings, dealer coordination and daily wholesale operations, coordinating logistics, documentation and displays. Class 3 driving licence is required as the role involves vehicle movements.

Qualifications

• Experience in admin coordination or operations support.
• Familiarity with vehicle listings or logistics is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support vehicle wholesale operations including listings and bidding.
• Coordinate vehicle movements, logistics and storage.
• Maintain accurate vehicle records and system updates.
• Arrange vehicle displays and dealer viewings.
• Prepare vehicle handovers, keys and delivery documentation.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections, collections and deliveries.
• Liaise with dealers, internal departments and external parties.
• Coordinate vehicle photography and online listings.
• Handle dealer enquiries and provide administrative support.
• Assist with reports and daily operational tasks.

Looking to move from a driving-based role into backend operations and administration?

This is an admin coordination role within the pre-owned automotive industry, supporting vehicle movements, documentation, listings, dealer coordination and daily wholesale operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support pre-owned vehicle wholesale operations including listings, bidding and award processing
• Coordinate vehicle movements, logistics and storage
• Maintain accurate vehicle records, locations and system updates
• Arrange vehicle displays and dealer viewings
• Prepare vehicle handovers, keys, delivery packs and documentation
• Receive and change vehicle number plates when required
• Coordinate vehicle inspections, collections and deliveries
• Liaise with dealers, internal departments and external parties
• Coordinate vehicle photography and online listings
• Handle dealer enquiries and provide administrative support
• Assist with reports, process improvements and daily operational matters
• Support other ad-hoc duties when required

Class 3 Driving Licence required as the role involves vehicle movements.
