Job summary

Sime Darby Auto Selection Limited in Singapore is seeking a motivated Operations Associate to support wholesale vehicle listings, bidding, and award processing.

You will coordinate vehicle movements, maintain records, arrange display viewings, prepare handover docs, and liaise with dealers and internal teams.

This 12-month contract requires a Class 3 license, GCE N Level, 2 years of experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; customer-focused and detail-oriented.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N Level or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Class 3 driving license is a must.

Responsibilities

• Support wholesale operations from vehicle listing, bidding, and award processing.
• Coordinate vehicle movements, logistics, and storage to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain accurate vehicle records, locations, and updates in system.
• Arrange vehicle display and dealer viewings for wholesale activities.
• Prepare vehicle handovers, delivery packs, keys, and related documentation.
• Receive and change number plates for wholesale vehicles.
• Coordinate with internal teams, dealers, and external parties on vehicle inspections, collection, and delivery.
• Manage vehicle photography and website publication of wholesale vehicles.
• Handle dealer enquiries and provide administrative support for wholesale operations.
• Assist with reporting, process improvements, and other ad hoc operational duties.

Who We're Looking For

• This is a 12-Months Contract position (5.25 Work Week, Alternate Saturday)
• Class 3 driving license is a must
• Minimum GCE N Level or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
