Job summary

Zenith Infotech Pte Ltd. is seeking a capable professional to support pre-award grant administration, ensuring proposal checks, endorsements and submission support.

You will handle project variations, maintain records, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries while building Power BI dashboards for grant pipeline and project lifecycle tracking. The role covers designing Power Automate workflows and SharePoint solutions to reduce manual steps, exploring AI tools like Microsoft 365

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business analytics, information systems, or related field.
• Hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards, including data modelling and Power Query.
• Experience with Power Automate and SharePoint (lists, libraries, flows).
• Strong attention to detail and good written/verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines.
• Experience in research grant administration or with funding agency T&Cs.
• Familiarity with Power Apps, Microsoft 365 Copilot or Copilot Studio.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for pre-award grant administration, including proposal checks and submission support.
• Process project variations and change requests with proper documentation and compliance.
• Maintain accurate project records in relevant systems and trackers.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve grant administration queries.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for grant pipeline and project lifecycle.
• Design and set up Power Automate workflows and SharePoint solutions to streamline processes.
• Explore AI-enabled tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot to improve efficiency.
• Deliver user guides and process documentation; handover by contract end.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
