Job summary

Zenith Infotech (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Executive for the Project Lifecycle & Operations team. You will drive grant administration and digitalisation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform tools to streamline workflows.

Expect to manage pre-award activities, support change requests, and develop dashboards and automation to boost operational efficiency during a 6-month contract with potential extension. The role is onsite in the North Region, Singapore.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
Hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards with data modelling and Power Query.
Experience with Power Automate and SharePoint including lists and workflows.
Strong attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

Support pre-award grant administration and project variations.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for grant pipeline monitoring.
Design Power Automate workflows and SharePoint solutions to streamline processes.
Create SOPs and user guides; conduct knowledge transfer and handover.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant deliverables.
