Job summary

Jobster Private Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage grant administration tasks, including proposal checks and endorsements. The role includes building Power BI dashboards to track grant pipelines and lifecycle status, as well as setting up Power Automate workflows and SharePoint solutions to streamline processes.

The candidate will work with IAIC project leads, document changes, ensure compliance with policies and funding terms, and deliver end-user guides by contract

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business analytics, information systems, or related field.
• Hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards (data modelling, Power Query).
• Practical experience with Power Automate and SharePoint (lists, libraries, flows).
• Strong attention to detail and good written and verbal communication.
• Able to work independently and manage competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for IAIC Project Leads on pre-award grant administration.
• Process project variations and change requests with proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate project records in relevant systems and trackers.
• Work with internal stakeholders to resolve grant administration queries.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for grant pipeline and project lifecycle tracking.
• Design and set up Power Automate workflows and SharePoint solutions.
• Explore AI-enabled tools to improve service delivery.
• Deliver user guides and handover by contract end.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.
