Job summary

LEVEL FOURTH PTE. LTD. seeks a socially confident Public Relations Officer to promote the nightclub, build strong customer relationships, manage enquiries and reservations, and create an engaging experience for patrons.

Responsibilities include attracting new customers, hosting guests, coordinating events, managing reservations, and reporting feedback to management while maintaining professional representation at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in public relations, customer relations, hospitality or nightlife.
• Outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to approach, host and build relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Promote the nightclub and attract new customers through personal networks, social media, events, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers, VIP guests, corporate clients, and business partners.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries about reservations, events, promotions, and club services.
• Manage table reservations and coordinate special arrangements with operations and service teams.
• Welcome and host guests, ensuring attentive and professional service delivery.
• Entertain and engage customers to create a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.
• Inform customers about upcoming events, promotions, performances, and special occasions.
• Follow up with customers after visits to encourage repeat patronage.
• Gather customer feedback and report relevant comments or concerns to management.
• Support planning and promotion of themed nights, celebrations, and special events.
• Collaborate closely with club management, service staff, performers, DJs, and marketing personnel.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Represent the club professionally both inside and outside the venue.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous experience in public relations, customer relations, hospitality, nightlife, entertainment, events, sales, or similar customer-facing roles
• Outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in approaching, hosting, and building relationships with customers
• Well-groomed and professional appearance to positively represent the club
• Strong personal network or knowledge of Singapore’s nightlife industry
• Customer-focused attitude with ability to handle difficult situations professionally
• Comfortable using social media and messaging platforms for customer communication
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Willingness to work late nights, weekends, public holidays, and irregular hours
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous for customer engagement
