Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of management experience in nightclub, bar, or F&B.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of liquor licence regulations, SFA and NEA compliance, and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nightclub operations including bar, entertainment, and service teams.
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, safety regulations, and licensing frameworks.
• Supervise staff performance, schedules, and training to maintain service excellence.
• Manage customer service standards and guest safety.
• Coordinate with performers, DJs, and promoters for events.

The Nightclub Manager is responsible for the overall management and smooth operation of the nightclub, ensuring exceptional guest experience, safety, profitability, and compliance with licensing regulations. The role involves managing staff, overseeing entertainment activities, maintaining high service standards, and implementing marketing initiatives to drive business performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily nightclub operations including bar, entertainment, and service teams.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, liquor licensing, and safety regulations.
• Supervise staff performance, work schedules, and training to maintain service excellence.
• Manage customer service standards to ensure a pleasant and safe environment for guests.
• Coordinate with performers, DJs, and promoters for event planning and entertainment programming.
• Handle customer feedback, conflicts, and complaints professionally.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies, promotions, and special events to boost attendance and revenue.
• Monitor inventory, bar stock, and equipment maintenance.
• Manage cash handling, daily sales reports, and cost control.
• Liaise with vendors, security teams, and external agencies for operations support.
• Ensure the venue maintains a high standard of cleanliness and presentation at all times.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degreein Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum3-5 years of management experiencein a nightclub, bar, or F&B establishment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge ofliquor licence regulations, SFA and NEA compliance, and workplace safety.
• Ability to manage large teams and maintain discipline and service standards.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and basic accounting.
• Flexible to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Class 3 Driving Licence (advantage).

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Full-time position.
• Work schedule: Primarily night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Work location: Nightclub premises in Singapore.
• May involve extended hours during events or peak periods.
