Job summary

Qualifications

• GCE O level and above with at least 1 year in public relations or similar role.
• Experience in public relations or community engagement is preferred.
• Good written and spoken communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and launch public relations programs for Neighborhood Renewal Program (NRP).
• Handle inquiries, feedback and complaints; follow up on actions to resolve them.
• Coordinate with residents, contractors, consultants and authorities for smooth operations.
• Attend and support administrative tasks for Construction Working Committee meetings.
• Maintain good rapport and positive relations with residents.
• Visit residents/tenants to gather feedback and inform them of schedule changes.
