Job summary

TMS ALLIANCES PTE. LTD. seeks a proactive ISO-Team representative to manage public relation issues and coordinate work for the Neighborhood Renewal Program (NRP). The role involves handling inquiries, preparing notices, and coordinating with residents, contractors, and authorities.

Candidate should have at least 1 year in public relations, with understanding of HDB upgrades and strong communication skills. Willingness to be stationed at the site office is required.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' Level and above with at least 1 year of public relations work experience.
• Preferably with general understanding of HDB upgrading work.
• A good team player and willing to be stationed at the site office.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• PC literate and knowledge in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and launch public relation programs for NRP, including circulars, letters and notices.
• Handle enquiries, feedback and complaints and follow up to resolve them.
• Coordinate with residents, contractors, consultants and authorities to ensure smooth operations.
• Attend and provide administrative assistance for Construction Working Committee meetings.
• Maintain good rapport with residents and gather feedback on work schedules.
