• Support photo and video production, including filming, editing, and event coverage.
• Design visual materials such as social posts, posters and campaign assets.
• Contribute to social media efforts, including planning, scheduling, and tracking performance.
• Assist in planning and running engagement activities, such as events and campaigns, and manage stakeholders' queries.
• Support communications operations, including editorial calendars, brief development, and approvals.
• Conduct light research or data analysis, such as audience insights, social media metrics, or survey responses.

• Strong writers and creative thinkers with an eye for visuals or stories
• Detail-oriented and proactive, with an interest in the Public Service and how it works
• Familiarity with some of these tools will be a bonus:
• Canva / Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
• Video/photo editing tools (e.g. CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom)
• Social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn)
• AI tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT)
