Job summary

The Public Service Division (PSD) invites undergraduates to intern with our Communications Cluster to gain hands-on experience shaping narratives, campaigns, and people-focused storytelling across digital and offline channels.

You will contribute to EDMs, social posts, video production, and event coverage while learning to plan engagement activities, manage stakeholder queries, and develop compelling editorials under guidance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students with an interest in communications, content and engagement.
• Strong writing and storytelling abilities with an eye for visuals or stories.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and curious about the Public Service.
• Familiarity with design and video tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write and create content for EDMs, social media, websites, and officer profiles.
• Support photo and video production, including filming, editing, and event coverage.
• Design visual materials such as social posts, posters and campaign assets.
• Contribute to social media efforts, including planning, scheduling, and tracking performance.
• Assist in planning and running engagement activities, such as events and campaigns, and manage stakeholders’ queries.
• Support communications operations, including editorial calendars, brief development, and approvals.
• Conduct light research or data analysis, such as audience insights, social media metrics, or survey responses.
