Job summary

ENVIRODYNAMICS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a housekeeping and inventory control associate for our West (Polyclinics) site. You will maintain clean counters and work areas, manage stock movements, and support hygienic operations in a healthcare environment.

The role includes receiving and verifying pharmaceutical supplies, stocking according to FEFO, and updating the inventory system. A min. GCE N’/O’ Level is required, with 1–2 years in housekeeping or healthcare preferred, plus computer

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping duties: clean counters, cashier areas, work tables, shelves and keep areas tidy and hygienic.
• Inventory control: receive, verify and record supplies; distribute to clinics; monitor stock and trigger reorders.
• Follow FEFO: remove expired items; dispose with proper authorization; ensure proper storage and handling of goods.
• Update stock transactions in inventory system (e.g., SAP) and assist in cycle counts.

Work location: West (Polyclinics)

Work hours: 5.5 days work week (Mon – Fri and half Sat), office hours.

Responsibilities:

Housekeeping

• Clean and maintain pharmacy counters, cashier areas, work tables, and display shelves daily.


• Perform general housekeeping duties such as organizing and disposing of packaging materials or carton boxes.


• Ensure that all work and storage areas are kept tidy and hygienic at all times.

Inventory Control

• Receive, verify, and record incoming pharmaceutical supplies and consumables.


• Distribute items to designated sections, clinics, or nursing areas, ensuring proper documentation of all stock movements.


• Monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and alert supervisors when items are low or require reordering.


• Replenish inventory following the First-Expiry-First-Out (FEFO) principle. Conduct routine checks to remove expired or damaged items and manage their disposal with proper authorization.


• Oversee the proper handling and return of goods between departments and vendors.


• Ensure all products are stored properly and that storage spaces are organized and compliant with safety standards.


• Accurately pre-pack tablets, capsules, and liquid preparations according to established procedures.


• Track the usage of general consumables (e.g., paper, plastic bags, Ziploc bags) and initiate reorders when necessary.


• Update all stock transactions and receipts in the inventory management system (e.g., SAP or equivalent software).


• Assist in cycle counts and stock-taking exercises.
