Job summary

EnviroDynamics Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated housekeeping and inventory support staff for our West region facility. You will maintain pharmacy counters, assist in stock control, and ensure hygiene standards across work areas.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain pharmacy counters, cashier areas, work tables, and display shelves daily.
• Receive, verify, and record incoming pharmaceutical supplies and consumables; distribute to sections with proper documentation.
• Monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and alert supervisors when reordering is needed.
• Pre-pack tablets, capsules, and liquids following established procedures; track usage of general consumables.

Work location: West (Polyclinics)

Work hours: 5.5 days work week (Mon – Fri and half Sat), office hours.

Responsibilities:

Housekeeping

• Clean and maintain pharmacy counters, cashier areas, work tables, and display shelves daily.
• Perform general housekeeping duties such as organizing and disposing of packaging materials or carton boxes.
• Ensure that all work and storage areas are kept tidy and hygienic at all times.

Inventory Control

• Receive, verify, and record incoming pharmaceutical supplies and consumables.
• Distribute items to designated sections, clinics, or nursing areas, ensuring proper documentation of all stock movements.
• Monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and alert supervisors when items are low or require reordering.
• Replenish inventory following the First-Expiry-First-Out (FEFO) principle. Conduct routine checks to remove expired or damaged items and manage their disposal with proper authorization.
• Oversee the proper handling and return of goods between departments and vendors.
• Ensure all products are stored properly and that storage spaces are organized and compliant with safety standards.
• Accurately pre-pack tablets, capsules, and liquid preparations according to established procedures.
• Track the usage of general consumables (e.g., paper, plastic bags, Ziploc bags) and initiate reorders when necessary.
• Update all stock transactions and receipts in the inventory management system (e.g., SAP or equivalent software).
• Assist in cycle counts and stock-taking exercises.

Key Requirements:

• Min. GCE N’ or O’ Level Certificate
• Bonus if have min. 1-2 years experience in housekeeping duties or in healthcare industry
• Computer literate
• Works well in team setting and self-motivated
